As the Fulfillment Associate, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment (picking and packing) of orders from our customers and delivering orders to Verona Collective Dispensaries. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensure that all orders are fulfilled in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse and storage areas.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline the fulfillment process.
- Pick, pack, and review for accuracy orders from inventory
- Load and unload goods to and from the delivery vehicle
- Maintain compliant paperwork for deliveries
- Always practice safe driving, along prescribed routes to make scheduled deliveries to Verona Collective Dispensaries.
- Develop and support positive relationships with dispensary team members
- Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw materials to identify.
- Ensure product and inventory is adequate.
- Report on stock levels.
- Helping the Inventory Control Manager with auditing and inventory needs.
- Investigate and resolve inconsistencies.
- Review inventory logistics and equipment.
- Receive and stock items.
- Ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.
- Basic computer literacy and being able to use Microsoft Word and Excel, as well as being able to type and send emails.
- Ability to work independently throughout the day in accordance with instructions.
- Must have a proactive attitude and demonstrate consistent attention to detail.
- Basic math skills are required.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Inventory Control Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must possess analytical and reasoning skills
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Ability to stand on feet for up to 10 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- WEEKEND AVAILABILITY MAY BE REQUIRED - The ideal candidate for this role must be available to work on weekends.
