Job Description Our client, a global leader in information and software solutions, is currently seeking an onsite Fulfillment Associate in St Cloud MN.Position: Fulfillment Associate Location: 100% Onsite - St. Cloud, MN Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (Potential OT up to 5 hrs/week) Duration: 6-month contract (potential to convert) Pay Rate : $20 an hour Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal/external customers, vendors, and jurisdictional agencies.
- Perform searches, document retrieval, preparation, execution, filings, and recordings at all jurisdictional levels.
- Assist customers and vendors with order fulfillment and problem resolution.
- Demonstrate and explain WKLS service offerings, procedures, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Make timely, informed decisions to meet client expectations.
- Recommend improvements for customer satisfaction, retention, efficiency, revenue growth, and cost savings.
- Challenge and improve existing procedures for greater efficiency and satisfaction.
- Provide product, jurisdictional, and database training using a consultative approach.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree and/or minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, multi-functional, customer-focused environment.
- Preferred experience with:
- UCC
- Mortgage
- Secured transactions
- Lending
- Commercial title/abstracting
- Commercial banking
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and strong data entry skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple demands, multitask, and problem-solve.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
