We are fueling the future of retail, meaning you are too! We're looking for Fulfillment Associates to support our client's fulfillment operations in Avon, IN. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring products reach customers efficiently, accurately, and on time. This is a hands-on opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that thrives on solving real-world logistics challenges while maintaining a fun, fast-paced work environment.

Schedule & Pay:

• Two schedules available!
• 2nd Shift C Crew: Sunday to Wednesday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, with every 2nd Wednesday off
• 2nd Shift D Crew: Wednesday to Saturday, 7:00 PM - 5:30 AM, with every 2nd Wednesday off
• Average 70 hours every two weeks, with an opportunity to pick up one additional shift for 80 hours total!
• Base Pay: $18.50
• Overtime required as needed

Job Responsibilities:

What You'll Do:

• Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free workspace
• Load, pack, and prepare products for delivery
• Follow safety protocols around conveyors and pick carts
• Collaborating with team members
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to expand your skill set
• The above but could include the following - quality control, operating warehouse equipment and/or processing returns.
• Be available for overtime when needed

What We're Looking For:

• Warehouse or distribution experience preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operations documents
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Ability to push/pull carts up to 100 lbs
• Commitment to safety, accuracy, and efficiency

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.50 - $18.50 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
