Description Job title: Fuel Pricing Analyst FLSA status: Exempt Department: Petroleum Reports to: Petroleum Manager Position Summary: The Fuel Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and executing retail fuel pricing strategies that support company goals related to volume, margin, and market competitiveness. This role involves daily monitoring of fuel markets, competitor activity, and internal data to make timely and accurate pricing decisions across all store locations. In addition to pricing responsibilities, the analyst will assist with the coordination of fuel system operation and work orders. General Purpose: Responsible for performing daily retail fuel pricing. Maintains knowledge of fuel infrastructure, commodity markets, and assists in coordination and overall fuel system compliance. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Responsibilities

• Monitors retail prices and executes changes as needed
• Prepares daily reports on pricing and volume.
• Collaborate with finance, operations and facilities to support operational goals
• Monitors fuel infrastructure for safe operation and compliance, enters work orders as required
• Promotes and is an advocate for Safety
• Seeks, promotes and implements Best Practices
• Provide back-up for monitoring, inventory levels and delivery of fuel to all locations
• Monitors all alerts pertaining to fuel logistics, product specification compliance, and fuel related equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements Role Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or the equivalent combination of industry experience and education
• Ability to be on call 7 days a week
• Must have dependable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Must be able to travel between to Family Express when necessary

Physical Demands And Work Environment

• Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit or stand and move about the facility. Required to be able to read documents and computer screens.
• Work Environment: Must have flexibility to work all shifts, all days of the week, when necessary. Ability to tolerate extreme temperatures. Exposure to chemical and cleaning solvents.
