FT Housekeeper 307.5 hours weekly (Monday - Friday 11am-7pm) - Mercy Home for Children : Job Details

Mercy Home for Children provides comprehensive care to individuals with developmental disabilities, and we are hiring for a Housekeeper position in the Brooklyn location. Ability to read, good organization, and communication skills. Exceptional skills in housekeeping and the use of safety precautions in all housekeeping chores. Must be enthusiastic, highly motivated, and have a positive attitude. A High School Diploma or a GED is required. Requirements Maintain facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, cleaning. Must clean up human waste and other body fluids, as required. Responsible for disposal of trash, waste, and other disposable materials. Clean wash basins, mirrors, commodes, tubs, and showers daily. Daily attention to all rooms of the residence and check all areas for spills, water, etc., especially in all bathrooms. Check all vacant rooms daily to keep fresh.
