New Position Opening- Urgently Hiring! Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Ohio (BGCNEO) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Club Director to assist with overseeing daily operations of our Le. Bron James (LBJ) Club location in Akron, OH. Position reports to an Area Director/ Club Director and will be responsible for assisting in the management of one location. In the absence of the Club Director, this role will serve as lead staff person at the site and work with administration, Club staff and volunteers to provide members with a supervised, fun, safe and optimal Club experience. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday - Payrate is $ 18.26 per hour. School Year shift approx. 11 am-7 pm. (Aug-May) - - - Summer Club Shift typically between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
