About the Role

The candidate should have experience advising P&C Insurance client executives, leading teams in digital transformation, platform modernization, product development, and consulting engagements. Relevant experience in the P&C industry includes:

• Property and Casualty insurance product experience in Personal Lines, Property Lines, and Commercial Lines.
• Functional areas such as product development, claims management, and distribution management.
• Knowledge of industry trends like embedded insurance, virtual agents, and touchless claims.
• Experience with digital transformation and platform implementation, including legacy transformation and digitization.
• Understanding of P&C platforms like Guidewire, DuckCreek, Majesco, EIS, Applied Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced certification preferred.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5 in consulting.
• Strategic thinker with leadership skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Ability to work in a global delivery model and lead Agile/hybrid projects.

Additional Responsibilities

• Leading client relationships and delivery teams.
• Developing expertise and thought leadership in focus areas.
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to firm growth.
• Supporting sales and pursuit activities.
