Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and motivated Night Chef to oversee kitchen operations during evening hours. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and lead a small team to deliver exceptional service during the evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to established standards.
- Supervise kitchen staff during night shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation and ordering.
- Ensure timely and efficient service for dinner service
- Collaborate with the day team to ensure continuity and consistency in food quality.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift.
Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Full time and part time positions are available.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
