About the teamTikTok's PGC (Professional Generated Content) team is central to TikTok's core experience, powering the creator and content engine behind the TikTok For You Page.We are a cross-functional team including engineering, product, data science, recommendation systems, design, marketing, and operations. Our mission is to inspire professional creativity and enrich the world with content. We develop tools and experiences to enhance the creator journey, helping creators unlock talent, grow audiences, and build sustainable careers, while promoting content diversity and quality.Our projects include TikTok Studio (app and web), AI-powered creator analytics, the Creator Inspirations feed, the Creator AI Assistant chatbot, and more. We also develop systems for content moderation and policy enforcement using genAI and LLMs to maintain a safe and fair content ecosystem.Join us if you're passionate about shaping TikTok's content and creator ecosystem.

As a Member Of TikTok PGC Team, You Will

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to build high-quality user experiences and platforms;
• Utilize generative AI/LLMs to develop AI agents, content understanding, moderation systems, and code generation solutions;
• Learn the workings of TikTok's core products and underlying systems;
• Grow by working with talented colleagues, adopting new technologies, and solving industry challenges;
• Help evolve and scale our team with your expertise and perspectives.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES5/6, CSS, DOM, and modern layout development;
• Experience with component-based frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue;
• Experience with genAI/LLM systems, AI agents, and data workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Experience with cross-browser CSS/JS compatibility and performance optimization;
• Knowledge of build tools and CI/CD workflows;
• Additional experience in data analysis, backend, or native mobile development is a plus.
