Locations: Austin, TX, Pittsburgh, PA and Mountain View, CA

Compensation: Base salary plus bonus and equity in the company

About the Role

You'll work closely with designers, account managers, and backend engineers to bring ideas to life — from sketching out early concepts to deploying polished features. You'll also have the opportunity to talk directly with customers — whether it's informally testing prototypes, doing lightweight UX research, or walking them through new features.

We're especially interested in candidates who have tech lead experience — whether that means formally leading a team or being the go-to person others rely on to drive a project forward.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using modern web technologies
• Own full stack features end-to-end — from frontend implementation to backend integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to shape features that meet both user and business needs
• Talk directly to customers to gather feedback, test ideas, and introduce new features
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and help set technical direction
• Help improve our design systems, component libraries, and frontend tooling
• Work with backend engineers to design APIs and data models that support great UX

What We're Looking For

• 5 years of professional experience as a full stack or frontend engineer
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design best practices
• Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby) and API integration
• Experience working closely with designers, customers, and non-technical stakeholders
• Tech lead experience — whether formally or informally — with the ability to guide and support others

Bonus: Experience with component-driven development, design systems, or animation libraries
