Endeavor Hospitality Group, a boutique hotel management company is seeking engaged, team-focused, energetic individuals to be our Front Office Supervisor of an exceptionally designed hotel, located next to the dynamic new Hudson Yards!

You would be working in the most exciting area of New York City; its all happening in the Hudson Yards District! The Hotels perfect location is one block from Jacob Javits Center, the Highline, the new 7-line station, and a few blocks from Madison Square Garden, and Times Square.

Endeavor Hospitality Group was founded by developers who have been deeply and passionately rooted in the New York real estate market for decades. With several hotels scheduled for opening, we are seeking ambitious, top talent for our growing portfolio.

Responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

As a shift lead, you will serve as an inspiration to the team on how to provide memorable customer service

You will help train, coach, and support Front Office Associates to see that they maximize their potential

Take decisive action to ensure smooth hotel operations

Uphold departmental standards by ensuring all Consistent Operating Procedures COPs are understood and followed

Effective and positive communication with staff, management, and all other departments

Qualifications:

Experience in a customer-facing role (1-2 years minimum)

Hotel experience preferred

Outstanding attention to detail and extremely organized

Previous Supervisor experience preferred

Marriott Brand experience preferred
