! The
Overnight Host/Night Audit will support our multi-property cluster comprised of Hyatt at Olive 8, Hyatt Regency Seattle, and Grand Hyatt Seattle. This valued colleague will also have an opportunity to cross-train in our Customer Care Center! The Overnight Host/Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation of all night audit procedures and reports. They will balance the day's work, identify and correct errors and complete detailed work accurately. As an Overnight Front Office Host as well, this person will greet guests, handle check-ins, checkouts and guest requests on the third shift in a friendly, attentive, courteous and efficient manner. Our Night Auditor must be able to work productively and effectively in a self-managed environment as well as performing other duties as assigned. When scheduled to support our Customer Care Center, the Overnight Host/Night Audit will be a specialist who steps away from the desk, and will instead by supporting our guests from behind the scenes. The specialist is responsible for answering and directing incoming calls, responding to general inquiries, and providing information to guests related to our hotels and the Seattle area.
The hourly rate range for this position ranges from $28.70/hour to $30.29/hour. The starting rate for this position is $28.70/hour. This position also has an established rate for colleagues who have remained in this position with Hyatt for four years or more, which is $29.27/hour. For those colleagues identified as a Lead in this position, the hourly rate is increased to $29.70/hour. In the event a colleague is performing as a Lead with four years or more of Hyatt experience as a Lead in this role, the position offers $30.29/hour. When scheduled to work as a Customer Care Center Specialist as a secondary role, the colleague will earn $26.50/hour. This position offers an overnight shift differential of an additional $2.00/hour for overnight shifts worked. As an hourly colleague of the Front Desk, this position is eligible to participate in applicable upsell incentive programs.
