Job Title: Front Lobby Associate (Onsite)

Location: Chula Vista, CA

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (includes two 15-minute breaks and a 1-hour lunch)

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Overview:

A full-time opportunity is available for a dependable and organized Front Lobby Associate in a professional office setting located in Chula Vista, CA. This position requires daily in-person attendance and is ideal for candidates with strong customer service skills and an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and delivery personnel.
• Oversee front desk operations, including will call order pickups and visitor check-ins.
• Maintain a clean and orderly lobby area; restock supplies as needed.
• Process in-person transactions such as product sales, returns, and new enrollments.
• Monitor and respond to customer service emails related to pickups, cancellations, and returns.
• Track order statuses and ensure accurate record-keeping of pickups and returns.
• Complete opening and closing duties according to established procedures.
• Monitor lobby activity to ensure visitors remain in authorized areas.
• File and manage pickup logs (both physical and digital).
• Provide occasional support to other departments as directed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, receptionist, or similar front desk role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and office software.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required.

Additional Information:

This position requires working onsite daily.
