Summary

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest that you service.
  • Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guest expectations.
  • Project a professional appearance in accordance with dress code and grooming policies.
  • Work safely and maintain the Front End area in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Assist Customer Service Team Leader and Assistant in supervising and managing Front End activities.
  • Train and coach Front End teammates to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Maintain security and controls per company policies.
  • Perform cash audits, sweeps, and maintain detailed logs.
  • Ensure merchandising racks are stocked, neat, and clean.
  • Communicate new policies and promotional programs to teammates and guests.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and adhere to company policies.
