• Design and develop engaging web applications focusing on front-end technologies and interactive user experiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Implement responsive layouts and accessibility standards to improve user interfaces
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to ensure high software quality
• Conduct testing and debugging to ensure robustness and performance
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives to facilitate team collaboration
• Contribute to back-end development when needed, ensuring seamless front-end and back-end integration
• Research and suggest new tools and technologies to improve workflows

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Front End/Full Stack Developer with a focus on front-end technologies
• Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) preferred
• Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with DevOps practices, especially AWS, is highly desirable
• Prior experience in Risk, Underwriting, and Payments industries is preferred
