Job Description :
The Front Desk Supervisor assists the management team in overseeing all Front Desk, Bell and Concierge operations. This individual provides exceptional guest service, guidance and leadership to ensure consistent service is provided. Represents management in solving guest problems and implements company policy when management team is not available. Requirements: High School or equivalent education required 1-2 years of previous Front Desk Agent experience, Front Desk Supervisor experience or similar 1-year experience in leadership role in hospitality or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting. Strong computer skills. Lightspeed and GXP experience beneficial Marriott/ Starwood experience beneficial Knowledge of hospitality industry. Ability to effectively present information in a one-on-one setting or in a group.
