What You'll Do As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will: Supervise and support the front desk team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest interactions. Greet guests warmly, handle check-ins, check-outs, room changes, and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Train, mentor, and motivate front desk agents to deliver our signature service - and hold the team accountable to high standards. Act as a resource for guests, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and ensuring special requests are fulfilled. Manage cash handling, billing, and accurate guest accounts, following all accounting procedures. Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Assist in handling guest feedback and service recovery opportunities to turn challenges into positive outcomes. Monitor lobby and front desk presentation to ensure a welcoming, safe, and secure environment. Step in as needed to cover front desk shifts and lead by example during busy periods. Uphold confidentiality of guest information and practice strong safety and security procedures. What We're Looking ForExperience: 1-2 years in a front desk or guest services role; supervisory or team lead experience preferred. Skills: Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment. Traits: Natural leader, approachable, calm under pressure, and passionate about exceptional hospitality. Tech Savvy: Comfortable using hotel management systems and adapting to new technologies.
