Seattle Central College is looking to hire a Front Desk Assistant in the Learning Support Network.The hourly range for this position is $21.09 - $24.30 per hour (depending on experience).Initial review of application materials will begin on September 18th, 2025.Position SummaryUnder direction of Learning Support Network staff, the Front Desk Assistant will be responsible for administering the front desk functions of the Learning Centers within the Learning Support Network (LSN), ensuring student success by facilitating access to tutoring services. As front line staff, the incumbent is expected to provide students and staff with timely and accurate information regarding the LSN services, assist in promoting tutoring services, execute basic administrative tasks, and provide a warm, welcoming environment for all. This position is part of the Libraries, Learning Support and Employee Development division, and is committed to student-centered, equity-producing, antiracist, and accessible tutoring services.This position is part-time, working up to 16 hours per week, Monday through Thursday, primarily in person, between the hours of 10am-7pm.About UsWe are a district of three distinct colleges¿North Seattle College, Seattle Central College, and South Seattle College¿and five specialty training centers.
