MSS is also a co-owner of Albatross Industries, a company group that offers complete EPCI projects in mechanical, structural, piping, HVAC, refrigeration, and electro disciplines, as well as the repair and upgrade of drilling equipment. With locations in Stavanger and Bergen, MSS employs over 60 people.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Front Desk Representative. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks. This includes handling phone calls and maintaining phone etiquette, managing receptionist duties, providing excellent customer service, handling reservations, and effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling reservations and managing multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the oil and gas industry or relevant field is a plus
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
