This role offers substantial growth potential and the opportunity to play a key strategic part in our company.Job Summary:As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the face of Nation Security, providing a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients and employees. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing our overall efficiency. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who exhibits high professionalism and is eager to grow within our organization.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.) efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and interviews.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about our services.
  • Support administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Ensure internal documents, paperwork, reports, and records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Support the Human Resources department with onboarding new hires and organizing employee-related events.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a must.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Office Management Applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must
