What Youll Do as a Front Desk Receptionist:

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling and client communications
• Handle POS transactions and membership sign-ups
• Support daily spa flow, cleanliness, and inventory needs
• Educate clients on treatments, retail products, and promotions
• Maintain a polished and welcoming front desk environment
• Collaborate with the spa team to ensure 5-star service from start to finish

What Youll Bring:

• 1+ year of front desk, hospitality, or spa experience (medical spa a plus)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
