Position Summary: We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for greeting customers, managing phone calls, supporting sales staff , and providing exceptional customer service to guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Keep the reception area neat, organized, and presentable.
- Provide information and assistance to customers and employees.
- Support other departments with tasks as requested.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office training a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
