Creating an amazing experience through patient-centric activities including patient acknowledgement and assistance in the retail clinic environment. The Patient Care Tech is visible at the front desk 85 % of the time and is responsible for the overall patient flow through the clinic. The value youll bring to the team:Ensures the smooth operations of the clinic with the goal of a positive patient experience with every encounter. Greets patients with a smile and assists patients through self-scheduling (kiosk/online). Proactively manages patient waiting area by addressing patient needs and communicates wait times. Fills patient cancellation slots efficiently in keeping schedules booked for the provider. Communicates in a cordial, professional manner with patients via phone and in person to meet the patients needs as soon as possible.
