We will offer the Covid-19 vaccination at no cost, via our Health Centers. RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet, assist, and direct all PHMC clients and guests between the hours of 8:30 am-5 pm. Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system; provide accurate information or redirect inquires appropriately. Maintain Awareness of PHMC 's programs, services and affiliate organizations to effectively address public and internal inquiries. Take detailed, timely messages and ensure follow up as needed. Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception area at all times. Manage voicemail system: check messages daily and forward to appropriate departments promptly. Assist with maintaining employee and department directories. Prepare monthly Program Contacts Information Spreadsheet for the Facilities Team. Prepare Managing Director's expense reports...Receptionist, Front Desk, Healthcare, Experience
