Dynamic Front Desk & Patient Experience Coordinator Part time position M-Th, 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm – Grand Island, NY

Responsibilities & Duties

· Greet and engage every patient with a warm, professional, and friendly demeanor—both in person and on the phone.

· Schedule all incoming patients and register them in the EMR system.

· Obtain initial authorizations from insurance companies and updated prescriptions.

· Accurately collect and record patient payments daily.

· Timely fax, scan, and follow up on documentation (referrals, Plans of Care, re-evaluations).

· Resolve scheduling conflicts in collaboration with therapists

· Route phone calls and messages efficiently.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Medical Front Desk Experience Preferred

Knowledge in Insurances Eligibility and Authorizations

Knowledge with EMR systems
