Job Description :
Serves as first responder for all campus visitors and phone calls. Directs all university calls to departments around campus. Responsible for processing, filing, and coordinating all incoming and outgoing admissions correspondence. Manages the office email and calendar. Processes budget paperwork. Assists Executive Director of Admissions and Special Event Coordinator. Processes and evaluates prospect and applicant data. Minimum and Additional Requirements High school diploma and strong work experience in an office setting. A valid driver's license and safe driving history are required.
