We are seeking a **Front Desk Manager** for join the team at the Broadway Plaza building in Rochester, MN. The Front Desk Manager ensures the hotel's consistency in quality of standards and the delivery of outstanding guest service by effectively directing the operations of the front desk.

*The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.*

**Responsibilities:**

* Select, train, and evaluate the concierge staff

* Ensuring the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers

* Dealing with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk

* Troubleshooting emergencies

* Scheduling the concierge staff rotation

* Liaising with other departments

Minimum of 2 years of hotel front desk experience required.

Minimum of one year of management/supervisory experience.

Ability to work nights and weekends.

Ability to provide professional and courteous guest service.

Good time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Good organizational skills, the ability to multitask and strong attention to detail.

Understand and follow verbal/written instructions and communicate both verbally and in writing.

Demonstrated business communication skills.

Positive and professional attitude when handling guest and associate situations and problem resolution.

Working knowledge of computers and basic math skills.
