**Description**

The Front Desk associate assists the studio manager with sales as well the retention of current members. The associate provides superior customer service while assisting new and current clients in class selection, answering membership questions, and selling product. We are seeking front desk associate who are excited about meeting and greeting our client and to help build a strong TTL community of inclusivity.

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**

* Execute full sales process

* Conduct studio tours with new prospects

* Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing

* Emphasize and enforce objectives of the studio as a fitness and wellness provider

* Book quality appointments

* Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

* Excellent communication, and customer service skills

* Strong customer service skills

* Ability to learn and use MIndbody booking/sales system

* Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills in person, phone and email

* Must have proficient computer skills

* Must be able to work at least one weekend shift & holidays

* Must be willing to help maintain clean, neat environment

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

* May be required to sit or stand for up to five hours at a time

* Must be able to climb up and down flights of stairs as elevators

* May be asked to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.

* Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone
