Our client is seeking a polished and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of their practice. This role is ideal for someone with concierge-level service experience who thrives in a high-touch, detail-driven environment. Youll ensure every patients experience is seamless, warm, and professionally managed from arrival to departure. Pay: $28-$32/hour DOE. Onsite five days, hours 8.30 am 5.15 pm. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth. Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and check-in/check-out procedures. Maintain a pristine and organized lobby environment. Handle phone and email inquiries with discretion and accuracy. Support administrative tasks including data entry, inventory coordination, and filing. Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards.
