Job Description

We are seeking a full-time door person to join our front desk team at a high-end residential hi-rise located in the Gold Coast neighborhood of Chicago. Experience and Union Membership (Local 1) are preferred.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting and assisting residents, receiving and organizing packages, directing vendors and deliveries, handling emergency notifications, and other customer service duties.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Previous experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Self-starter capable of multi-tasking
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Quick learner of new systems and tasks
• Proven team player
