Front Desk Associate

The Front Desk Associate is the first face people see when they enter the club. You will help create a great first impression, handle member requests, and promote services that help people reach their fitness goals.

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and check in all members and guests
  • Sell memberships, smoothies, supplements, and personal training
  • Answer questions, resolve billing issues, and track front desk activity
  • Keep the front desk area clean, stocked, and on-brand
  • Support day-to-day operations and team communication
  • Create a fun, professional, and helpful experience for everyone

What We Are Looking For

  • Customer service or front desk experience preferred
  • Comfortable with upselling and helping members
  • Organized, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
