We have an opening for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Front Desk Agent. The successful candidate will work directly with guests by checking them in and providing them with information about the services that are offered. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who enjoys working with new people and is motivated to make our guests feel welcome.

Checking guests in and out is a fundamental part of the role. As the first point of contact, your interaction can set the tone for the entire guest experience and impact the brand positively. Your genuine warmth and helpful nature will enable you to handle various situations, from greeting excited vacationers to assisting travel-weary guests with courtesy. As a Front Desk Agent, you'll have many opportunities to brighten someone's day.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide a positive first impression and deliver exceptional service to our guests.
  • Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone daily.
  • Solve problems efficiently, use computers to check guests in and out, and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills: reading, writing, and speaking fluently.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software.
  • Ability to stand, move continuously, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Must be available to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors.
  • Minimum of 1 year hotel experience required.
  • Experience with Opera, Booking, and TripAdvisor is a plus.
