  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel at home.
  • Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide information about the resort amenities, local attractions, and special events.
  • Resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Uphold safety and security standards while protecting guest privacy.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems (preferred).
  • A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
  • Perform repetitive motions such as typing, reaching, and using office equipment.
  • Occasionally lift or carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., luggage or office supplies).
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
