Responsibilities •Registering Guests. •Assigning rooms. •Taking payments. •Accommodating special requests. •Ensuring the Guests have a pleasant stay and smooth check-in/check-out. Tasks: •Maintains an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments. •Possesses a solid knowledge of the property management system. •Make same-day and future guest reservations. Understand and follow cancellation procedures. •Answer multi-line telephone with approved greetings and direct appropriately. •Familiarity with room types, hotel information, and possessing sales skills to sell accordingly. •Resolves guests' complaints in a prompt and courteous manner. •Ensures customer privacy is protected. •Document incidents and relevant shift information with details and appropriately. •Maintains a high level of professional appearance and demeanor. •Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications •Experience in Customer Service or the Hospitality Industry. •Availability to work nights and weekends. •Basic computer skills/computer proficiency. •Strong Interpersonal Communication skills. •Strong Customer Service/Hospitality skills.
