**Front Desk Agent**

Best Western Brian Head is looking to hire Front Desk Agents to accommodate hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys, transmitting messages, making and confirming reservations, and collecting payments from departing guests.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests of the hotel

* Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance staff as issues or guest needs arise

* Make and confirm reservations

* Collect payments from departing guests

* Answer phone calls for reservations, local information, and guest needs

**REQUIREMENTS**

* Strong written and oral communication skills

* Able to add, subtract, multiply, divide, currency

* Able to balance transactions

* Strong customer service skills
