Our Guest Relations Advisors are excited to greet our Guests and inspire them to make the most of their Canyon Ranch experience. As a Guest Relations Advisor, youll challenge yourself by generating revenue and meeting sales goals by sharing information about our services and pairing them with the appropriate service enhancements that are designed to restore, renew, and refresh. In this role, you'll need to anticipate Guests needs as you book, alter, and recap services to guests and include detailed notes regarding services. You'll actively welcome guests with a smile and enthusiasm and check-in for appointments and services. You'll accurately handle guest transactions including cash handling, credit card charges, room charges, gift certificates, comps, etc. The rate of pay for this position is $15.00 per hour incentive Qualifications You will need a High School diploma or equivalent.
