We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Administrative Assistant / Customer Experience Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This temp-to-perm position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression, while providing administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams, assisting with customer experience initiatives, CRM management, and event coordination. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk & Switchboard Operations: Greet and assist visitors, customers, and employees with professionalism and enthusiasm. Answer and direct incoming calls via the main switchboard promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate visitor records and manage security protocols, including visitor badging and access control. Coordinate daily food service schedules, as needed. Operate laser marker machines (or similar equipment) to create visitor badges and promotional giveaways.
