Sincerus Global is seeking experienced mechanics-preferably based in Europe or West Africa-for a short-term training assignment focused on the Toyota Land Cruiser pickup in Côte d'Ivoire.

Position Overview: Selected candidates will deliver a 2-week (10 training days) hands-on training program. Top-performing trainers may be invited to lead a second iteration immediately following the first.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional mechanical experience.
• Direct experience working with the Toyota Land Cruiser line.
• Proficiency in basic mechanical and electrical systems.
• Skilled in the use of maintenance tools, including welding equipment, soldering tools, and torque wrenches.
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and the ability to engage and instruct trainees effectively.

Compensation and Logistics: Sincerus Global will cover:

• Round-trip transportation to Côte d'Ivoire
• Local lodging
• Transportation to and from the work site
