Freight Broker – Liquid Bulk

Salary: $60K–$70K base + 10% commission on gross margin

Location: Winter Haven, FL (On-site) | Direct Hire | Start: 6/25/2025

We're hiring an experienced Freight Broker with a specialty in liquid bulk freight. If you have deep carrier relationships, know the regulations, and thrive in fast-paced logistics, this is your next move.

What You'll Do:

• Source, negotiate, and book freight for liquid bulk shipments (chemicals, food-grade, petroleum, etc.)
• Manage the full shipment lifecycle from quote to delivery
• Build and maintain carrier and customer relationships
• Ensure all moves meet DOT, hazmat, and industry compliance standards
• Track market trends and adjust strategies to maximize profitability
• Use TMS to manage and document freight activity

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in liquid bulk freight brokering (required)
• Strong knowledge of carrier networks and industry regulations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to manage a high volume of work
• Proficient with TMS systems and logistics software
• Committed to safety and operational excellence
