The Franchise Manager is to collaborate with franchise partners to grow, develop and maximize results in Vietnam markets while maintaining consistent customer experience and operational compliance.
KRA 1: Strategy development
· Develops strategies in support of the franchisor‘s business growth targets.
· Strategy Management (Deployment, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation):
· Coordinates with the BU or concerned units for systemic issue resolution.
KRA 2: Strategy execution and team management
Lead and manage Franchise team to ensure proper implementation, correct strategy, coordination to achieve goals, with the highest efficiency in Franchise department activities.
· Franchise Business Model Development: Plan and implement strategies to develop new Franchise business models, including market research and analysis, building franchisee packages, and adjusting the model according to market demands and the company‘s strategy.
· Market Research and Analysis
· Franchise Operations Management
· Financial Management
· Reporting and Performance Evaluation
· Coordinating with other stakeholders: Interacting and collaborating with other relevant parties such as the operations, marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure continuity and effectiveness in implementing the Franchise model.
