FP&A Manager

Location: Aurora, IL (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Job Description: A confidential company is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join its growing team near Aurora. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to lead financial planning and analysis efforts and contribute to the strategic financial direction of a well-established organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in FP&A, business partnering, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and business initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in FP&A.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Salary range: $130,000–$170,000 (depending on experience).
• Discretionary bonus potential.
