Datarails is seeking a passionate, customer-focused Customer Success Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing success of the CONNECT product for our clients. As a CSM, you will be the trusted advisor and main contact for finance professionals—from mid-level managers to C-suite executives—helping them unlock CONNECT's full potential. This role offers a great opportunity to utilize your FP&A expertise in a tech-driven environment, drive impactful engagements, and grow professionally within a dynamic team.

About The Role

• Utilize CONNECT to deliver impactful, real-time reporting solutions across Excel, ERP, CRM, and HRIS systems, integrating data from multiple sources directly within Excel.
• Recommend process improvements to optimize procedures and outcomes.
• Build long-term strategic relationships, gather requirements, and provide necessary financial reporting support.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in finance or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance processes, especially standard reporting (P&L, cash flows, budgets, forecasts).
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex models).
• Ability to communicate effectively with CFOs, VPs, and Directors from leading US companies.
• Experience with BI tools, ERP systems, and software implementation.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or related field.
