The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst is responsible for working closely with Carbohydrate Solutions (CS) business leaders to drive actions that improve financial performance and forecasting. This position is an exciting growth opportunity and reports directly to the Global Carb Solutions FP&A Director and will work closely with the BU Finance Director Global Milling. Responsibilities:Provide monthly, quarterly and annual, driver-based performance reporting to business management, with an emphasis on understanding variances vs. prior periods and vs. plan/forecast. Assist in analysis of optimizing asset footprint including detailed analysis of financial and operational impacts of various plant/product mix scenarios. Monitor key metrics to identify leakages/opportunities to most recent forecast/plan. Provide analytical support to the global business unit team to understand business drivers of performance.
