FOUNDRY MANAGER - Randstad : Job Details

\n\n\n\t. Manage overall foundry operations.\n\t. Responsible for safety, quality and production.\n\t. Ensure all foundry issues are promptly addressed using problem solving skills and root cause analysis.\n\t. Maintain inventory levels of materials required for foundry production processes.\n\t. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties, as assigned.\n\t. Participate in staff meetings to coordinate daily foundry activities.\n\t. Oversee employee management and development.\n\t. Participate in the hiring of foundry personnel.\n\n\n. Qualifications:\n. Experience in casting processes, metallurgy or relevant foundry technologies preferred but not necessary. We are willing to train an individual that can manage people and has a good work record.\n.
