• Lead and own the full stack development of product features
• Architect systems and ship significant code
• Work directly with customers
• Influence the vision, roadmap, and strategy of the company daily
• Participate in engaging discussions about AI and branding decisions

• Experience building and deploying software with real users
• Expertise in Python and SQL
• Self-starters capable of adapting and prioritizing in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Open and collaborative communication skills (with us AND your AI coding assistants)
• Empathetic leaders who foster a productive, creative, and fun workplace

• Leadership experience in engineering teams
• Solid understanding of cloud environments like AWS or similar
• Experience with Django, Pandas, React, JavaScript, Node.js
