Position Overview We're seeking multiple founding engineers to help build an AI-powered customer service platform for revenue-sensitive clients in the trades industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape both the product and engineering culture from the ground up. Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $170,000
• Equity: 0.50% - 1.50%
• Visa sponsorship available
• Location: New York, NY (Flatiron District)
• Work Type: Full-time, in-person

Core Responsibilities

• Architect and implement an AI-powered customer service representative platform
• Design and build scalable, complex systems in a fast-paced environment
• Drive technical decisions and establish engineering best practices
• Collaborate closely with founding team members to define product strategy
• Mentor and help build a world-class engineering team
• Interface with customers to understand needs and validate solutions

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of full-stack engineering experience (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
• Strong background in AI/ML engineering
• Track record of building and shipping complex systems quickly
• Experience working in high-growth environments
• Computer Science degree from a top-tier university
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude
