About the Role

As our Founding Product Manager, you'll operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and customer success. This position demands the intensity and dedication of an Olympic athlete—someone who thrives on challenge, executes with precision, and possesses unmatched work ethic. You will lead product discovery, strategic contract negotiations, coordinate with engineering teams to deliver groundbreaking AI solutions, and directly interface with customers to clearly define requirements and ensure satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Empathy & Interaction & Requirement Definition

• Deep understanding of customer problems and needs.

• Great listening skills.

• Provide strategic product recommendations based on customer feedback and insights, enhancing our products and operational effectiveness.

• Engage directly with enterprise and government customers to understand their unique needs and translate those into actionable project plans.

• Foster strong, lasting relationships by delivering VIP-level service, addressing customer challenges proactively, and maintaining transparent, frequent communication.

Project Leadership & Engineering Team Coordination

• Direct and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly and delivered on schedule.

• Clearly communicate business requirements and strategic objectives to technical teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, adapting quickly to changing priorities.

Contract Negotiations & Business Development

• Lead complex, high-value contract negotiations with enterprise and government clients.

• Establish robust, scalable processes for managing business agreements and ensuring alignment between stakeholders.

• Continuously refine negotiation tactics and business strategies based on market intelligence and competitive insights.

Operational Excellence & Scalability

• Design and implement processes that scale efficiently as UniversalAGI grows, maintaining operational rigor and exceptional service quality.

• Generate regular reports featuring clear, actionable metrics on project performance, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Exceptional ability at understanding customer problems and customer discovery

• Ability to distill down the important and relevant requirements into clear requirements and product descriptions for engineers to build

• Outstanding execution velocity and delivery

• Exceptional negotiation and strategic business development capabilities, with experience in enterprise or government sectors preferred.

• Demonstrated track record of driving successful customer engagements and maintaining executive-level client relationships.

• Strong technical aptitude to effectively manage engineering teams and clearly articulate complex technical solutions.

• High analytical and organizational skills, adept at navigating ambiguity and rapidly evolving scenarios.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders across various levels and backgrounds.

Compensation:

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is eligible for additional benefits and incentives, including equity, health benefits, retirement plans, and others described below.
