Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

What You'll Do

• Customer Implementation: Support accounting & deduction teams in getting Confido live and successful
• Customer Support: Help users troubleshoot challenges and continually collect feedback to drive the product forward
• Product Management: Help translate user pain into software improvements
• Documentation: Build and maintain documentation on retailer / distributor deduction processes and documentation of the cash application / deductions management portion of Confido
• Sales Support: Serve as a partner to our sales team during sales calls

What We're Looking For

• Our ideal hire will have:
• Demonstrated CPG deductions experience: 3+ years of deductions experience at a brand doing at least $20M in sales
• Accounting Expertise: Accounting degree or experience as a staff acountant

What You Can Expect

• $125k to $150k Base Salary + .2% to .4% Equity
• Paid Relocation
• Fully paid healthcare
• Based full time in our NYC office with regular travel
