Responsibilities

• Design our flagship's operational DNA, including metrics, curriculum frameworks, and tech infrastructure to ensure excellence.
• Create a cultural blueprint that maintains campus uniqueness while delivering exceptional results.
• Lead market expansion through strategic pilot programs, utilizing data insights for nationwide rollout.
• Develop and deliver engaging narratives across platforms for various stakeholders.
• Innovate with GenAI applications to streamline operations, improve assessments, and enable growth.

What You Won't Be Doing

• Managing isolated campus experiments; instead, building a unified, scalable ecosystem.

• Excellent communicator in public speaking, video, and content creation.
• Proficiency with GenAI tools for productivity and innovation.
• Results-driven strategist experienced in building and optimizing systems.
• US-based with flexibility to spend about a week per month in Austin.
• Authorized to work in the US.

Position Details

This is a full-time, long-term contract position, immediately available, with compensation at $200/hour, totaling approximately $400,000/year, paid weekly. The role requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover.
