Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through your work area during shift Follow House of Blues safety, health, and sanitation standards Assist other employees as needed Follow opening, running, closing procedures, checking out with manager on duty Adhere to all HOB policies and procedures Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and HOB alcohol policies Request proper identification for anyone appearing under 30 years of age Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager Required to occasionally work special events scheduled within the venue Greet and thank each guest for visiting the House and invite him/her to return in a friendly and sincere manner Utilize the HOB reservation/wait system and control the flow of guests in the Foundation Room Obtain guests names, number in party, contact information, and arrival times and any n...Host, Operations, Skills
